Brooks Laich knows that Alex Ovechkin is "the best player in the world." We all know that too.
Unfortunately, Ovi did not get the fan votes to back that up! I am sure that he will be added to the reserve list, however, that has not been published yet.
The entire starting lineup for the East is Penguins and Canadiens and the West is Ducks and Blackhawks. Sidney Crosby received the most votes with a record number 1,713,021 votes.

i guess there's something to be said about ballot box stuffing. the NHL "certified" the voting, but it's pretty obvious that the automated voting scripts were not all stopped.
allowing unlimited voting is a joke anyway. it's bad enough in MLB that they allow 25 votes per IP address.
what can you expect from a league that is embracing the voting even though it has been proven as a shame?
